In 2011, the company relocated to the beautiful Carson Valley in Northern Nevada, just 10 miles East of Lake Tahoe. Our facility is located 44 miles South of Reno/Tahoe International Airport in Minden, NV. Besides fostering continued inspiration for our Research and Development Team, the area offers a wide variety of outdoor activities, from hiking or biking the 165 mile Tahoe Rim Trail, boating on Lake Tahoe, snowboarding or skiing at the local resorts, fishing in the Sierra Nevada Mountain streams and lakes, to simply soaking and relaxing in natural mineral hot springs.

Thomas C. Kuracina |

Mr. Kuracina is the primary inventor of the Company’s safety-engineered hypodermic technology used for improving patient outcomes and reducing workplace-related injuries.   

He has been awarded 40 US Patents, numerous foreign counterpart patents, and is a named inventor on other pending US patent applications. The Company’s safety-engineered needle patents have been successfully enforced in the US and multiple foreign jurisdictions.

His current projects are focused on needle tips with echogenic features that are visible under short-axis and long-axis ultrasound imaging, a procedure-activated safety injection needle, a procedure-activated safety blood collection needle that includes a deployable puncture-site cover, safety needles with blood containment features, and safety endo-vascular needles.

Ben

Ben Wallace | Chief Operating Officer - COO Consultant

Ben Wallace received his Master’s degree in Business Administration and an Honors Bachelors of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno. With this diversified background he’s developed a complimentary combination of technical and business skills.

Ben’s professional career began as an engineer in manufacturing for products ranging from food & beverage to batteries. During this time, he successfully managed and contributed to several large-scale capital projects. Through years of work in Research and Development he has been recognized as a named inventor on two US patents and one pending application. Ben’s current focus is on company operations including managing engineering projects, forecasting financial and production values, and commercializing new medical devices.

Mia Townsell |

Quality Systems Manager

Mia Townsell received her MBA in Management and Human Resources from Robert Morris University, Chicago, and a B.A in Psychology at Chicago State University. With this, she has a background in multiple healthcare fields that has helped her develop a variety of business and performance management skills. Mia’s professional career took off as a healthcare tech in a Chicago behavioral hospital, which then led her to her Human Resources ventures.

Mia’s current focus is Quality Systems Management and compliance at InjectiMed, Inc., dba Frontline Medical Products where she is responsible for the quality systems’ development which include but not limited to upgrading the quality system to remain in compliance with ISO and FDA’s QSR, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs.
